Simple Teleports or just wood signs you can add your own textures and accommodate them in the direction you want. The boards are not link to the stick so you can remove them or add more, two different colors of wood or you can add your own good texture.
You also received a NC with an extra script for free, with this one you can add more that 1 destination in 1 prim and add the name for each destination on hover text.
